Ganja Grits

Ganja Grits are a great way to start the day on a frosty winter morning !

  • Yields: 6 Servings


3 cups CannaMilk (see our recipe )

1 cup instant grits

1 teaspoon salt

½ cup sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

½ cup Monterrey jack cheese, grated


1Heat the Canna-Milk to a light boil. Turn heat down to medium-low and slowly stir in the grits.

2Cook the grits for about 5 minutes and continue to stir occasionally. Grits will be thick when ready.

3Remove the grits from the heat and stir in the cheeses. Stir until the cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
