Cannabis Roasted Asparagus

Cannabis Roasted Asparagus is one of the tastiest ways to enjoy this healthy and nutritious veggie and get the effect from your favorite cannabis strain.


2 pounds asparagus, trimmed

3 tablespoons Canna-Olive Oil (see our recipe )

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar


1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray. Place asparagus in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet.

2Drizzle with canna-oil, salt and pepper, to taste; gently toss to combine. Top with Parmesan.

3Place into oven and roast for 10-12 minutes, or until tender but crisp. Serve immediately, drizzled with balsamic vinegar.
