“Baked” Yams

Get Baked with these sweet holiday yams.

  • Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients

2 cans cut yams

1/8 cup cannabis butter

1/2 cup brown sugar (or substitute brown sugar)

1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)

1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Directions

1Drain juice from yams and spread evenly in a shallow baking dish

2Slice the cannabis butter into smaller pieces and place on top of yams

3Sprinkle the brown sugar and pecans over the yams

4Top with the mini marshmallows

5Bake at 325 for 30 minutes or until marshmallows are melted and bubbling on the edges.
