This is a delicious and filling bean salad that only gets better with the addition of cannabinoids... it should probably be called the "Red Eyed" bean salad !
Ingredients
1/3 cup cannabis olive oil ( see our recipe )
2 cups cooked black-eyed peas
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 small chili pepper, minced or a pinch of dried red pepper flakes
1 tsp white wine vinegar
Pinch of salt and black pepper
Directions
1Add the cannabis olive oil, black-eyed peas, onion, garlic, parsley, dill, chili pepper, white wine vinegar, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
