Baked Mile High Omelet

This traditional baked omelet is usually referred to as a Denver omelet, however with our secret ingredient you will feel like your a mile high no matter where you live !

8 eggs

1/4 cup canna-milk (see our recipe)

1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

salt and ground black pepper to taste

2 tablespoons canna-butter (see our recipe)

1/2 onion, chopped

1/2 green bell pepper, chopped

1 cup chopped cooked ham


1Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and grease up one of your 10-inch round baking dishes.

2Next melt the canna-butter in a large skillet over medium heat and cook while stirring the onions and bell peppers until softened, it usually takes about 5 minutes.

3Now stir in the ham and continue cooking until heated through about 5 minutes maybe more.

4Go ahead and beat the eggs and milk into a large bowl and stir in the cheddar cheese and ham mixture, and season to your liking with salt and black pepper.

5Next pour mixture into prepared baking dish and bake in preheated oven until eggs are browned and puffy, usally about 25 minutes.

6And serve warm when your ready to enjoy you mile high breakfast.
