Cannabis Cuisine Lasagna

This Cannabis infused lasagna is a take off from a family favorite recipe. It can be made with or without Cannabis olive oil and Kief. The Cannabis oil and lasagna flavors compliment each other well in this dish. This meal can also be made in advance of a Cannabis Cuisine dinner party. Just refrigerate and pop in the oven for about an hour before serving.

  • Yields: 2 Lasagna's 24-26 servings

Ingredients

1 pkg Lasagna Pasta

2 lbs ground round

2 jars favorite Italian sauce (or use Cannabis Cuisine Italian Sauce recipe)

2 cups Colby cheese grated

2 cups Jack cheese grated

1 cup Mozzarella cheese grated

3 Tbs Cannabis Olive Oil or regular olive oil

1 pinch Kief

4 cloves garlic chopped fine

2 cups sliced mushrooms

1/4 cup red (or white) onion chopped fine

1 pkg ricotta cheese (may use cottage cheese as substitute)
