Mary Jane’s Peach Pie

Grandma's favorite peach pie, with your own cannabis twist!

Ingredients

Pie Crust

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup Cannabis infused butter frozen and diced

1/4 cup ice water

Filling

6 cups sliced peaches, preferably free stone (about 10 peaches)

1 teaspoon lemon juice

2⁄3 cup sugar

1⁄4 cup flour

1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 tablespoons cannabis butter

Directions

1Crust

2In a large bowl, combine flour and salt.

3Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

4Stir in water, a tablespoon at a time, until mixture forms a ball.

5Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

6Roll dough out to fit a 9 inch pie plate.

7Place crust in pie plate.

8Cut away edges and save for lattice top

Filling

1Peel and slice peaches in a mixing bowl with lemon juice

2Add sugar, cinnamon and flour and toss peaches until coated

3Pour filling into pie crust

4Using leftover pie dough.roll out strips and place across the top of pie, pinching ends down into edge of pie crust

5Finish off pie crust with flutted edges.

6Bake in pre-heated 400 degree oven for 55 minutes
