Sweet Potato High

These twice BAKED Sweet Potato's make any holiday dinner a little more relaxing...

  • Cook: 1 hr 15 mins
  • Yields: makes 8 potato halves

Ingredients

4 sweet potato's washed

1/8 cup cannabis butter

1/2 cups mini marshmallows

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup chopped pecans

1/2 tsp nutmeg

Directions

1Bake sweet potato's in oven at 375 degrees for 1 hour (or until soft).

2Remove from oven and let cool for about 20 minutes

3Cut sweet potato's in half length wise

4Carefully scoop out the potato from the peel and put in a large mixing bowl, set peel aside on cookie sheet.

5Add butter, brown sugar and nutmeg to the potato flesh and mix together with a hand mixer or food processor

6Scoop potato filling back into the peels

7Top with pecans and marshmallows

8Place stuffed potato's back in 375 degree oven for 10 minutes or until marshmallows are melted.
