Rosemary Ganja Chicken Kabobs

Surprise your guests at your next dinner party. Who doesn't love a good kabob... this recipe will put a smile on everyone's face!

1/2 cup canna-olive oil ( see our recipe )

1/2 cup ranch dressing

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon white vinegar

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste

1 tablespoon white sugar, or to taste (optional)

5 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1 inch cubes


1In a medium bowl, stir together the canna-olive oil, ranch dressing, worcestershire sauce, rosemary, salt, lemon juice, white vinegar, pepper, and sugar. Let this mixture stand for at least 5 minutes for all the ingredients to blend together !

2Then go ahead and place your chicken in the bowl, and stir to coat with the marinade really well and then cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

3Next preheat your grill for medium-high heat then thread chicken onto skewers and keep extra marinade around to apply during cooking if you like.

4Grill skewers for around 8 to 12 minutes depending on your grill , or until the chicken is no longer pink in the center.

5And then sever to your anxiously waiting guests, great as an appetizer as well.
