Peanut Butter Cannabis Cookies

My "go to" cannabis cookie!

Ingredients

2 cups cannabis butter

2 cups peanut butter

2 cups sugar

2 cups brown sugar

4 eggs

2 tsp vanilla

5 cups flour

1 tbls baking soda

1 tsp salt

1Heat oven to 375

2Beat cannabis butter, and peanut butter in mixer until smooth

3Add sugars and continue beating until fluffy

4Add eggs and vanilla and beat until consistent

5In a separate bowl, add all dry ingredients and whisk together

6Pour dry mixture slowly into the butter mixture mixing well

7Drop large tablespoon drops of batter on cookie sheet

8Using a fork, dip the fork into some sugar then smash each cookie down using a cross pattern,

9Bake at 375 for 9-11 minutes
