Marijuana Meat Balls

Marijuana Meat Balls are easy to make and delicious to eat!

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tsp kief

1 tbls cannabis olive oil

1 cup Italian bread crumbs

1 egg

1 tsp oregano flakes

3 cloves chopped garlic

1/4 cup chopped onions

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

6 cups favorite spaghetti sauce

Directions

1In a large bowl, mix all ingredients by hand until consistent.

2Heat 2 tbsp of cannabis oil in large skillet

3Grab about 1/4 cup of meat mixture and roll into a ball.

4Drop balls into hot skillet and cook until brown on all sides (turning met balls as they cook).

5Serve hot Spaghetti sauce (or any favorite sauce) over the meat balls and top with grated parmesan cheese.

Serve with warm sourdough bread smeared with cannabis butter and garlic!
