This breakfast is both hardy and heady. it's the prefect way to start the day !

Ingredients
6 thick slices bacon
3 tablespoons of your canna-butter ( see our recipe)
4 eggs
2 smaller tomatoes slide for frying
1 1/2 cups whole mushrooms
4 slices of your favorite bread
Directions
1Ok... so first lay the bacon slices in a single layer in a large skillet and fry over medium heat until it begins to get tinged with brown.
2Go ahead and fry on both sides and remove from pan but make sure and save the grease... the best part.
3Next melt the canna-butter in skillet and crack eggs into pan being careful not to break the yolks of course.
4Place your thinly sliced tomato, your mushrooms and favorite bread in the skillet.
5Fry everything gently in your skillet now, stirring mushrooms and tomatoes occasionally make sure to keep everything separate and turn bread over to brown on both sides.
6When the egg whites are well cooked but the yolks are still a bit runny, go ahead and dish 1 egg per piece of bread and divide all the other ingredients onto each piece of bread after that.
