Chill’n Chili

You will most definitely be chill'n after a hot bowl of this chili... the perfect time for a siesta!

  • Yields: 12 servings

Ingredients

1 bag red beans

1 pound hamburger

1 large yellow chili pepper sliced into quarters and seeds removed

1 can tomato sauce

1 can tomato paste

2 Tbs chili powder

3 Tbs garlic powder

3 Tbs salt

2 Tbs pepper

2 cloves garlic minced

1 onion cut into 8 pieces

1/4 cup cannabis oil

Directions

1Put beans in water and let soak for 2 hours (or overnight)

2Drain beans and put in large crock pot. Add clean water and cover beans with 2-4 inches of water

3Add salt, pepper, chili powder and garlic salt

4Add onion and yellow pepper, cover and cook on medium for 6-8 hours until beans are soft and water is reduced

5In a large skillet saute the minced garlic in 1 tsp cannabis oil

6Add the hamburger and brown while breaking into smaller pieces

7Add remaining cannabis oil, tomato sauce and tomato paste to the meat and stir well.

8Pour meat mixture into beans and stir.

9Note: You may add more salt, pepper, garlic or peppers to taste and the amount of Cannabis oil can vary..

10Serve with warm bread and cannabis butter!
