Cannabis Cuisine macadamia nut encrusted Mahi Mahi served with mango salsa and coconut chili sauce.

Ingredients

Mango Salsa

2 ripe mango's

1/4 cup diced red onion

1/2 tsp Cannabis Oil

1 tbs grated ginger root

1/4 cup diced green chili's

1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)

Mahi Mahi Fillet's with coconut chili sauce

1 cup crushed macadamia nuts

1/4 cup panko (bread crumbs)

1 glass white wine

2 tbs heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup coconut milk

1 tbs grated ginger root

1 cup chicken broth

2 tbs sweet chili sauce

1 tbs chopped scallions

1 1/4 cup Cannabis Butter

1 tbs chopped basil

salt and pepper to taste
