Cannabis Crab and Mango salsa

2 tbls Cannabis Olive Oil

2 tbls chopped onion

2 cloves chopped garlic

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

1 tbls grated ginger root

2 tsp lemon juice

2 green chilli's chopped fine

2 ripe mangos cut into 1/2 inch cubes (or 1 pkg frozen mango cubes thawed)

1 granny smith apple cut in 1/2 inch cubes

1 pkg imitation crab meat (cut into small pieces)

dash of salt and pepper to taste


1Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well coated with oils and spices

2Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 hours

3Serve salsa with warm tortilla chips
