This breakfast has it all, eggs, avocado and don't forget the... toasted part!

Ingredients
2 teaspoons canna-butter
2 eggs
1 slice of sourdough bread toasted to your liking
Dijon mustard
1/2 avocado sliced thinly
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese or more to taste
Directions
1Melt 2 teaspoons canna-butter in a skillet over medium heat and add the eggs.
2Allow the egg whites to cook until mostly firm before breaking the yolks and then continue cooking until eggs are completely cooked and no longer runny usually 2 to 3 minutes.
3Spread one side of toasted sourdough bread slice with Dijon mustard and arrange the sliced avocado on the mustard.
4Next Top avocado with cooked eggs and then Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over eggs...make me hungry just thinking about it !
