Pot Pork Tenderloin

This Pot Pork Tenderloin will melt in your mouth, tantalize your taste buds... and leave you blissfully satisfied!

Ingredients

1/4 cup canna oil (see our recipe)

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 clove garlic, minced

3 tablespoons dijon honey mustard

salt and ground black pepper to taste

2 pounds pork tenderloin

Directions

1Mix together the canna oil, soy sauce, garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

2Place the pork loin in a large zip lock plastic bag and pour in the marinade.

3Marinate in the refrigerator at least 3 hours before cooking.

4Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F

5Remove the meat from bag and place the pork loin into a baking dish then pour marinade from bag over the pork.

6Cook in the preheated oven until the pork is no longer pink in the center, 45 to 60 minutes, depending on your oven.

7Always god to use an thermometer inserted into the center to verify 145 degrees F inside.
