Ingredients

5 tablespoons white sugar

1/4 cup all-purpose canna-flour ( see our recipe )

3 tablespoons canna-milk (see our recipe )

3 tablespoons canna-olive oil ( see our recipe )

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

1 egg

1 dash pure vanilla extract

1 pinch salt

Directions

1Mix the sugar, canna-flour, canna-milk, canna-olive oil, cocoa powder, egg, vanilla extract, and salt together in a large microwave-safe mug.

2Heat in microwave until center of cake is done, about 2 minutes.

3Feel free to top with, whip cream, ice cream,cherries... what ever your heart desires !
