Chocolate Caramel Canna-Candy

Chocolate, Caramel and Cannabis is the perfect combination. This potent candy recipe makes a great after dinner treat or for when you want to imbibe your favorite strains discretely.

Ingredients

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups chopped salted peanuts

14 ounce package of caramel candy

1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup milk chocolate chips

1/4 cup butterscotch chips

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup milk chocolate chips

1/4 cup butterscotch chips

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

1/4 cup canna-butter ( see our recipe )

1 cup white sugar

1/4 cup evaporated canna-milk ( see our recipe )

1 1/2 cups marshmallow creme

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

Directions

1Lightly grease one 13 x 9 inch pan.

2To Make the Base you will Combine 1 cup milk chocolate chips,1/4 cup butterscotch chips and 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter in a small saucepan.

3Cook this mixture stirring constantly over low heat until melted and smooth.

4Spread into the bottom of the prepared pan and refrigerate and allow to set.

5To make the filling , In a heavy saucepan melt the canna-butter over medium-high heat.

6Stir in sugar and evaporated canna-milk and bring mixture to a boil and stir for 5 minutes.

7Then remove from the heat and stir in the marshmallow cream and1/4 cup of the peanut butter, and the vanilla.

8Next you will add the peanuts, and spread over the base layer and then refrigerate again and allow to set.

9Now to make the caramel Layer you will want to combine the caramels and cream in a saucepan and stir over low heat until melted and smooth.

10Then spread this over the top of the filling and refrigerate until smooth.

11To make the frosting Layer you will take another saucepan and combine 1 cup milk chocolate chips, 1/4 butterscotch chips and 1/4 cup peanut butter, and stir over low heat until melted and smooth.

12Pour this over the caramel layer and refrigerate for at least 1 hour , and then cut into 1 inch squares.

13Store in refrigerator for long term storage to keep fresh.
