Cannabis Cuisine Stuffed Chicken with a White Wine Sauce

Served over mashed potatoes with asparagus. Baked in Cannabis Butter, this meal will have your guests enjoying the evening well after dessert has finished.

Ingredients

4 skinless chicken breasts

4 thin slices of deli ham

4 thin slices of Swiss cheese

2 cups grated Parmesan

2 eggs

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup white wine

2 Tbs Cannabis infused olive oil

1 Tbs corn starch

Garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste

Hint: Put chicken breasts in 1 gallon plastic bag, then use a heavy rolling pin to flatten the chicken breasts so they cook evenly..
