This Cannabis Infused Beef Wellington recipe will satisfy your appetite and leave you blissfully relaxed to enjoy your dinner company!

Ingredients
1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped parsley
6x
1 x 18ozpackage of frozen puff pastry
1/2 cup dry sherry
1/4 cup canna-butter ( see our recipe )
Directions
1Break out your large skillet and over a medium heat combine the mushrooms, onions, sherry, canna-butter, parsley and saute this until all the mixture is nice and thick like a paste.
2Next cover the top of each fillet with the mixture.
3Partially thaw the puff pastry sheets and roll out pieces thin enough to cover the top, sides and bottom of each fillet.
4Place the fillets on a baking sheet and preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
5Now bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, they will be rare but keep in mind they will continue cooking while dish is sitting.
